Talk by Rob Clapham: The Lark and Linnet – can we be optimistic about their future?
June 18 @ 19:00 - 21:00
Rob Clapham is the Environment Agency’s senior environment manager for East Anglia, directly responsible to Government for the environment and wellbeing of many of East Anglia’s rivers including the Lark and Linnet.
Canalisation, abstraction, pollution and low rainfall have all contributed to the state of our rivers at present. Rob will interpret the past and give hope for the future. This talk follows our River 1000 event on 13th June.
