Roger Draycott: Farming and wildlife conservation in Suffolk – past, present and future

Roger’s family has farmed in Wickhambrook over generations and has long been active in science and farming research. Roger has a PhD in pheasant ecology and spent many years undertaking applied research on pheasants (reared and wild) and grey partridges through Britain. He heads up the Advisory team at the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust providing advice on game management and wildlife conservation to farmers, shoot managers, conservation organisations and the agricultural supply chain.
